- I find Preston’s workouts effective because they work all parts of the body with core exercises, stretching, cardio, and strength training. They’re focused, varied, and challenging. Preston is really good about motivating you to push yourself but he also knows when to give you room to go at your own pace. After two and a half months, the results I’ve seen have far exceeded my expectations: I’ve lost 20 lbs and counting, I can now do 15 straight push-ups (when I started I could barely do 5), and my running times have noticeably improved as has my stamina.Preston himself is a key part of why it all works for me.
