How It Works
- Initial Assessments
Your athlete completes a simple at‑home assessment so we can evaluate movement quality, basic strength, coordination, and readiness. We use this to identify strengths, weaknesses, and red flags before any heavy training begins. - Foundational Phase
We start by building the essentials: bodyweight strength, core stability, landing mechanics, and movement patterns like squat, hinge, push, pull, and sprint mechanics. The goal is to create a strong, durable foundation—not just hard workouts. - Progressive, Science‑Based Training
As your athlete demonstrates consistent technique, we gradually progress volume, intensity, and complexity. We blend strength, power, and speed work in age‑appropriate ways, following proven long‑term athlete development principles. - Ongoing Re‑Assessments & Feedback
At regular checkpoints, we repeat key assessments to track progress in strength, speed, power, and movement quality. You and your athlete see clear, objective improvements—not guesses.
